“Happy Charting is easy to use for clinic charting. The charting of points is set up in quadrants, which is how I used to write it up in my paper charts. Easy to use software and attentive customer service. Easy to scan in paper files. Customer service is quick and attentive!
It's easy to pre-program regularly used points or protocols which makes charting faster. There is also a blank space for treatment notes which makes it easy to write about anything. I also like the format of scrolling down past charts. And for long term patients who have similar treatments every time, there is an easy way to copy previous charts and modify them as needed.”

“I’ve been using Happy Charting for my acupuncture practice since 2021 and I don’t plan on ever switching! The software design is straightforward and functional. I like that you can customize everything (what you include in SOAP notes, intake forms, etc). Every interaction I’ve had with Yinghui has been pleasant as well as genuinely helpful. The customer service is great! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a charting system that is easy to use and very affordable.

“Learning Happy Charting was quick. The learning curve was really fast. After I had it customized, it felt very intuitive and easy. After 5 or 10 mins, I could navigate it quickly. The simplicity is actually something I really appreciate in my clinic. There are no bells and whistles, but that is totally fine with me. It means I'm not paying for things I'm not using. This software is so easy to use, I can't believe I didn't switch to it sooner. As a small business owner, I do all charting and billing myself - HC is a real time saver. I also do quite a few cases on liens and the Reports Tab makes it super easy to send medical records to the lawyers and/or insurance companies. The online forms catering to my industry as well as the short and sweet You Tube training videos are a real plus.

"I historically have not been the best note keeper. My practice is really busy. In four days, I see between 60 and 80 patients. I write down the points I used if I'm lucky. I just wanted to keep better records. If you’ve already got a system that works, it’s really appealing to have something that doesn’t reinvent the wheel. You don’t have to spend hours and weeks training on it. I figured it out pretty quickly. It’s simple. I liked that. My charts were nowhere near as detailed as they are now with Happy Charting.

"Happy Charting is really great. I would not think of changing. They make charting quick, easy and affordable. And if you do have a problem they answer by email very quickly, even though they are an ocean away!
My favorite feature is that I can copy the last chart I did and then modify it. This makes charting much quicker in a busy schedule. And if I forget to chart something and then remember it, there is an area where I can add on after the chart is signed.
It has been really great. This software is so easy to use. I normally 6 people an hour and Happy Charting makes charting really simple, easy and quick.”
