Currently, Happy Charting does not integrate directly with other platforms. However, it can be used alongside standalone scheduling, billing, or payment systems to complement your existing workflow.

No - our pricing is completely transparent. You’ll never be charged without your knowledge. We don’t require credit card details for the 20-day free trial, ensuring you’re never billed unexpectedly. All setup assistance and customer support are included free of charge.

How long does it take to implement your EMR software?
Implementation is fast and straightforward. Most acupuncturists are fully set up within a weekend. Our six short training videos (approximately five minutes each) guide you through the process - setup can be completed in as little as 30 minutes.
What setup support is available?
We provide over 50 charting templates for you to review. If you’d like to use complete templates or specific sections, simply contact the Happy Charting team. Our free Done-For-You service can configure your templates, favorite chief complaints, point treatments, and intake forms at no additional cost.
What kind of technical support is available?
Our dedicated support team is available via email, phone, or online video call - included with all plans. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 12–24 hours.

Switching EMR Systems
Can I switch to Happy Charting from another EMR system?
Yes. Most EMR systems allow you to export patient demographics as a CSV file, which can be easily imported into Happy Charting.
How difficult is it to transfer data to a new EMR software?
Data migration is simple. We provide two short instructional videos to guide you through organizing your patient CSV file. Once uploaded, our support team will assist in transferring your patient demographics into Happy Charting.
