Do you have an annual plan?
No, we only accept monthly payments.

What qualifies as Part Time vs Full Time Clinic?
If you’re a solo-practitioner who works less than 24 hours a week, you are part time. If you work equal to or more than 24 hours a week, you qualify as Full Time.

Will I be automatically charged when the trial ends?
No. You'll only be charged when you decide you’re ready. Once your trial is up, you can decide to move to a plan or cancel at any time.

I have admin staff, do I need to pay additional fees?
No, all admin staff are free for every plan.

How do I know if I qualify as a New Clinic?
This is for those who’ve opened your first clinic in the last 6 months. This price will be for the next 6 months. Then you’ll upgrade to a Part Time or Full Time plan.

Any discounts for non-profits?
Yes! We offer a 15% discount for nonprofits. Contact us here >> with proof of non-profit status.
